Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

For cancellations:-

- You can raise cancellations to us within 1 hour of placing the order along with the reason for cancellation. If the order is a prepaid order the refund shall be credited to your account in 3-6 working days.

For returns and refund :-

Return Policy :

We do not accept return of goods, However if the product is received in the following condition then we offer replacement of goods on case to case basis;

1) Damage in Transit

2) Leaked Packages

3) Soggy Products

4) Any other damage that can be validated with relevant pictures.

For Damages and issues :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once the cancellation is approved and return initiated, it may take 3 to 6 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
